　　 Important: Other requirements to applicants:
　　１．申請時，必須向國家技術監督局提交以下以文件：
　　 At the time of application, the following documents must be submitted to SBTS:
　　（１）計量器具照片
　　 Photograph of the measuring instrument
　　（２）計量器具技術說明書
　　 Technical instruction of the measuring imstrument
　　（３）計量器具總裝圖、主要結構圖和電路圖
　　 General assembly drawings, and where necessary, drawings of important
　　 constructional de-
　　 tails and the circuit diagram
　　（４）技術標準文件和檢驗方法
　　 Documentary technical standard and examination method
　　（５）申請單位對樣機所做的測試報告
　　 Test report for the samples of measuring instrument taken by the applying
　　 organization
　　（６）安全保護的說明
　　 Description of the safety devices guaranteeing correct operation
　　（７）使用說明書
　　 Operation manual
　　（８）提供檢定和鉛封的標志位置說明：
　　 Description of positions provided for:
　　 -Verification marks
　　 -Sealing marks (where appropriate)
　　注：申請書和文件資料一式四份。其中一份申請書批準后將退給申請人
　　 Note: The application forms and documents should be in four copies. One of the
　　 application
　　 forms will be returned to the applicant after approval.
　　２．需要進行定型鑒定的，申請人必須向國家技術監督局委托的定型鑒定單位提供一臺
　　以
　　上的樣機。定型鑒定后，全部樣機由定型鑒定單位退還申請人。
　　 If a pattern evaluation is reguired, the applicatnt is required to supply one
　　 or possibly more
　　 specimens of measuring instrument to the pattern evalvation organization
　　 consigned by
　　 SBTS.AII specimens will be returned by the pattern evaluation organization to
　　 the applicant
　　 after the pattern evaluation.
　　３．申請人必須繳納手續費和試驗費。
　　 Applicants must pay the service charge and test fee.
　　（以下各項由國家技術監督局填寫)
